Ivan Dalla Costa – Group CEO

Ivan Dalla Costa

Ivan joined the Group in 2002. He is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience in successfully developing dynamic medium and large-sized companies in various industries around the world.

Ivan is responsible for all of the Group’s overall strategic planning & direction including operational activity and financial performance.

With his knowledge of global affairs and experience in general management and strategic planning, Ivan played a significant role in the company’s expansion around the world.


Steven Webber – Group General Manager, Cleanevent

Steven Webber

Steven joined the Group in 1989 and was employed within the event-presentation area. He was responsible for training and assessing both staff and operating systems to maintain a quality service culture. Steven was part of the nucleus of the successful 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games operations team, and the company’s subsequent move into the United States.

He then played an integral part as the Chief Operating Officer for planning and delivering the cleaning and waste-management programme at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games, and in 2004, the Athens Olympic Games.

In July 2001, Steven assumed the position of General Manager, Cleanevent Australia, a position he held for two years before going to Athens. Since returning from the Games, Steven took on the postion of Estimation and Transition Manager for the Group of Companies, leading the bidding and transitioning of major projects such as 530 Collins Street, the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Gandel Shopping Centres, the Royal Melbourne Show, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and the Sydney Opera House. In October 2006 Steven accepted to head up the Australian division again as Chief Operating Officer.

Steven now holds the position of General Manager of the Cleanevent brand and is responsible to ensure the clients satisfaction, contractual expectations and to pursue the ethos of a no fail delivery of service.


Larry De Motte – Group General Manager, CleanDomain

Larry De Motte

Larry joined the Group in 2005 to head up the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Village Housekeeping and Cleaning department. After the successful completion of the Commonwealth Games, Larry joined the Business Development and Transition team for Australia, USA and UK.

Whilst taking an active part in setting up the CleanDomain brand in the UK and USA, Larry also assisted with the housekeeping plan for the 2006 Doha Asian Games and held the position of National Operations Manager for CleanDomain in Australia before he was promoted to Group General Manager, CleanDomain.

Larry has over 20 years experience in the cleaning and housekeeping industry. During this time, Larry has serviced Myers and David Jones Department Stores nationally in a variety of roles from Supervisor to National Account Manager. Along with Larry’s extensive experience in Department Stores, he also brings to the CE Property Services Group experience and knowledge of Retail Shopping Centres, Commercial High rise and a very strong operational background.

Craig Lovett – Founder and Director

Craig Lovett

Craig founded the original Cleanevent Company in 1987. In that time, he has been the common driving force in its development as arguably the leading property services and waste-management company of its kind. Today, Craig sits as joint owner.

Since inception Craig’s entrepreneurial style and drive has helped the company expand around the world, and his quest for “doing things better” and implementing world’s best practice has seen a range of innovative developments that provide a key point of difference. Craig maintains an active role in business development areas. More recently he has concentrated on larger, world-stage events.
