Colin Caulfield - Chief Executive Officer
Colin has extensive experience within the FM industry and is a great asset to the Group's development plans within the FM sector.
Colin began his career in the Royal Navy in Operations. After 9 years’ service, Colin entered the Shipyards of his home town of Newcastle Upon Tyne as project cost controller for a £26m conversion project. In 1998 Colin joined The Mall Corporation, a UK community shopping centre portfolio, first as an Operations/ Facilities Manager before being promoted to National Facilities Manager. Returning to Newcastle in 2003 to run a medium sized security company, Colin soon returned to facilities management after being offered the position as Head of Property with Lend Lease Retail UK. During this time Colin was responsible for a number of shopping centres which included Bluewater in Kent.
More recently, Colin has been employed in Dubai with Emaar Malls Group as Director of Asset Management and successfully led a team to the opening of The Dubai Mall, at the same time managing the existing malls portfolio.
An undergraduate in English, Colin completed post graduate studies in Law at Northumbria University and more recently completed a Master of Science Degree in Facilities Management at Reading University. Colin has been a Member of BIFM since 2001 and sat on both the Scottish Regional Committee and Retail Sector Forum.
Adrian Jones – CFO
Adrian has been with the CE Property Services Group as Regional Chief Financial Officer since May 2004.
Working closely with the Regional MD and other members of the senior management team Adrian is responsible for driving financial returns from the Regions existing operations, ensuring financial stability and enabling the pursuit of growth strategies. In particular Adrian’s focus has been on the management of external financial relationships, statutory compliance, capital and treasury management and corporate reporting.
Adrian trained as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hong Kong) and Shipley Blackburn in the United Kingdom. He qualified as an ACCA in December 1994 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants as an FCCA in October 2001.
Adrian came to the CE Property Service Group with experience gained in many diverse financial roles in a variety of business sectors. From these, Adrian’s venue and event-based experience has proved invaluable within the CE Property Services Group.
Stuart Bellew - General Manager, Business Development
Stuart joined the Group in September 2008 with over 19 years experience within the cleaning industry. He started his own cleaning business back in 1989, which soon developed into a profitable organisation that would be a significant local employer in his home town of Fleet.
The late 1990s saw Stuart working with a large FM company as a consultant to promote, develop and assist them with their cleaning divisions. This role soon moved into the "Bundled Services", where Stuart gained significant experience in the Catering, Security, Reception, Logistics, Mail Room, and Help Desk sectors. Security became a large portfolio of business that Stuart would develop. Strategies and synergies were implemented to add further value to clients and security would form a significant part of Stuart's development moving forward.
Stuart decided to sell his company to move into this sector on a full time basis. After four years within the sector, Stuart was appointment Business Development Director to a major player in the UK for Cleaning and Bundled Services. Working originally in the south east, Stuart took the company into new fields such as retail, automotive and the pharmaceutical industries, where the company would eventually be a market leader. After three years, the area in which Stuart was operating tripled in size and also incorporated London along with other niche services.
